We will start with a 7pm reception on the 14th and official meetings will begin on the 15th at 8:30 AM. We will wrap up on the afternoon of the 16th. The host hotel is the Fort Collins Hilton located on Prospect Avenue just south of the main campus.<br /> <br /> It is important to start making reservations as soon as you know you’re coming. Our guest group code is MCE. We will have until August 18th to make room reservations at the discounted room rate. After this date, any remaining guest rooms will be released back to the hotel to sell. The Hilton has created a website link that W3001 members can utilize to make their guest room reservations.
