Curricula and Educational Materials

Protocol and data recording instrument for a nutrition education curricula content analysis. 

Review of nutrition content contained in curricula used nationally in EFNEP

Protocols developed for this project were used by nutrition researchers at other universities to develop evaluation questions for EFNEP that assess the domains of physical activity, food safety, food security, food resource management.
