Short-term Outcomes: the creation of a coordinating committee; the establishment of a new writing team for a new MultiState Project (NE1962).
Outputs: NE1962 project proposal developed, reviewed, and submitted to NERA.
Activities: No new knowledge was revealed using scientific methods.
Milestones: NE1962 project approval on September 11, 2012.
