Bring together researchers and extension specialists and agents who have a common concern for the competitiveness and sustainability of the Southern Dairy industry.

Exchange existing information and identify gaps in information.

Coordinate efforts to identify researchable issues affecting the Southern dairy industry and select appropriate research methodologies.

Disseminate information to industry participants and policy makers.

Provide a forum for Southern dairy industry representatives and agency and organization personnel to give feedback to research and extension personnel in setting research and outreach priorities.
