Dates: October 3-5, 2024<br /> Location: East Lansing, Michigan at the TownePlace Suites and MSU Campus<br /> Housing: Reservations at the TownePlace Suites can be made by calling the hotel directly at 517-203-1000: ask for the USDA Regional Research Working Group W-4168 room block.<br /> <br /> Agenda:<br /> A detailed itinerary will be forthcoming. Tentative schedule is:<br /> • Thursday October 3: travel to East Lansing.<br /> • Friday October 4: Business meeting starting in the morning. Informal group dinner on Friday night.<br /> • Saturday October 5: Resume business meeting and adjourn at noon.<br /> <br /> Note: The special hotel rate will be in effect from Thursday night through Saturday night.<br /> The involvement is best in person but an online option will be available for those not able to travel to East Lansing.
