The W4045 annual meeting will be held this year as a hybrid meeting in Reno, NV from August 2 - August 4 . The organizing group strongly recommends in person attendance as the greatest value of these meetings come the collaborations that evolve out of the networking that occurs during the in person/informal interactions. A block of rooms have been reserved for the attendees at the Whitney Peak Hotel in Reno at $125/night. This is a non--smoking, non-gaming venue in downtown Reno a mile or two from the University of Nevada, Reno, where the meetings will be held. The dates for the meeting correspond to a major event held in Reno each year and so rooms will only be held until July 9th so you need to reserve your room as soon as possible.
