The 2021 NE1640/NE2130 annual meeting will take place September 16, 2021. The meeting will have a hybrid format to accommodate those who may still have travel restrictions. <br /> <br /> The in-person meeting will be in the Dogwood room at The Lodge in Gulf Shores Alabama. To minimize travel during pandemic recovery, the NE1640/NE2130 meeting will immediately follow and be held in the same physical location as the annual Society of Nematologists (SON) meeting. Attendance at the SON meeting is not required. The SON webpage has information about the hotel, travel, location, etc. The NE1640/NE2130 group can reserve hotel rooms using the SON meeting block as long as they are available. Block rates are $169-$189 per night. <br /> <br /> The cost for the NE1640/NE2130 meeting is $80 for in-person or virtual attendance.
