The hotel does not have an airport shuttle, so hosts are planning to arrange rides to/from the hotel. Please send along your flight arrival/departure times to help with those arrangements. <br /> <br /> Meeting itinerary.<br /> <br /> Monday Oct 28: Arrive in the evening<br /> <br /> Tuesday Oct 29: Morning - station reports. <br /> Afternoon - travel to The Hershey Company for a meeting with their dairy procurement team. <br /> <br /> Wednesday Oct 30: Station reports and farm visits. The farms will be a mix of specialized marketing of their own products and more commercially oriented. <br /> <br /> Thursday Oct 31: Final station reports and business meeting in the morning. Head home.<br /> <br /> Hope to see you in Pennsylvania in October.<br />
