This year’s W-4122 meeting will be held October 4-5 at Calistoga Spa Hot Springs (1006 Washington Street, Calistoga, California 94515), our default venue. A block of rooms has been set aside.<br /> <br /> Make your bookings directly (707.942.6269) being sure to mention that you are part of the “Food Safety” group. I am assuming that arrangements similar to last year have been made, however, I am waiting to hear confirmation from Roger Coulombe. I wanted to get this out as some need to have the official meeting authorization prior to making their travel arrangement. More information to follow. <br /> <br /> Plan to arrive in Calistoga Wednesday October 3. As is our tradition, we have an informal aperitivo Wednesday afternoon on the patio after check-in. <br />
