The online website includes an initial agenda, link for hotel reservation, and conference registration. The $250 conference registration will cover all meals (Sunday dinner - Tuesday lunch), and a tour at a chile manufacturing plant. Book your hotel room at the Encanto website from the registration page or use the code NC1023 for $101 each night. <br /> <br /> New Mexico State University is hosting our annual meeting, with hotel accommodations at Hotel Encanto de las Cruces (hotelencanto.com). Consider extending your stay to visit beautiful White Sands National Monument (about an hour outside of Las Cruces), Carlsbad Caverns National Park (about 4 hours) or the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area. <br /> <br /> You’ll want to fly into El Paso, TX (ELP) for an easy hour drive via rental car or shuttle.
