This meeting will take place on June 24-26, in Columbia, Missouri. More details will be provided as soon as we finalize them, but meanwhile I want to let you know that we’ll be able to visit Busch Stadium in St. Louis on Tuesday, June 25. Another stop we will have is the Budweiser Brewery, which I am sure, will be a fun tour. As for the hotel, I’ll update you as soon as we hear back the confirmation. We will have an online registration site open as soon as it is ready. <br /> <br /> Columbia is about 1 and a half hours away from St. Louis, and 2 hours away from Kansas City. If you fly into the airport in one of the cities, there is a shuttle service, called MoX (https://www.moexpress.com/mox_ml/home.aspx?L=EN), that provides ground transportations between the two airports and Columbia. The standard booking rates is $55 for one way and $101 for round trip. You can find the shuttle schedule online as well. Alternatively, we also have a regional airport, Columbia Regional Airport (https://www.flycou.com/?page_id=208), located about 12 miles south of the MU campus. This airport provides direct flights to Chicago, Denver, and Dallas, in case flying is your preferred method of transportation. <br /> <br /> Also as of now, I’d like to ask for agenda items from you, especially topics related to regional projects that are shared by participants in our group. This will be a perfect timing for any updates that you’d like to share. Please also let me know if you’d like to initiate a new project; I’ll for be sure to save a time slot for you.
