Cut off date for special room rate is April 23, 2018.<br /> <br /> Room cancellation policy is by 6:00 pm the day before, otherwise you will be fully charged for the room. <br /> <br /> There will be a participant fee of approximately $105.00, this is a total fee for both days. Please look for future communications to advise when and how to pay this fee.<br /> <br /> The closest airport to the Crowne Plaza Aire is Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP).
