Hello All. As I explained in my email earlier this week, we had to make a one-day adjustment for fall the NC1030 annual meeting dates are as follows: <br /> <br /> Tues. October 10: Travel Day/Arrival<br /> Wed. October 11: Meeting Day 1<br /> Thurs. October 12: Meeting Day 2-adjourn at 5pm<br /> <br /> We now have the hotel, airport, and shuttle information for the NC 1030 meeting from Corrine as follows:<br /> <br /> Hotel for the NC 1030 Annual Meeting:<br /> <br /> The Broadway, a DoubleTree by Hilton<br /> 1111 E Broadway Columbia, MO 65201<br /> Hotel Phone: (573) 875 7000 <br /> <br /> We have blocked 12 rooms for the NC 1030 Family Business Research Group. We will receive the university rate of $ 134 per night. You should reserve your room as soon as possible. The deadline to book your room is 9/10/17. Any rooms that aren’t booked by our team members by that date will be released back to the public. The block of rooms is booked for check in on 10/10/17 and check out on 10/13/17. Please clarify your needs or make any adjustments when you call to make your reservation.<br /> <br /> Airport and Shuttle Information:<br /> <br /> It is suggested that we fly into Columbia Regional Airport, Columbia, MO. The Broadway Hotel does provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Columbia Regional Airport, and it can hold 6 people at a time. If you can email Corrine your arrival day/time, she can try to coordinate the shuttle or other transportation for you.<br /> <br /> We will be in touch soon with a tentative meeting agenda.
