The decision has been made to cancel the face-to-face meeting of the NCCC-09 committee this year and instead meet via Zoom webinar.<br /> <br /> As of the registration deadline yesterday at noon, attendance for the annual meeting was still at 10 individuals. Although one additional RSVP to attend was received, another was changed to “not attending” resulting in the same tally as shared on Monday.<br /> <br /> We will begin the Zoom web meeting at 2:00 pm CST on Monday, May 15th and end by 5:00 p.m. that day. We will then reconvene on Tuesday, May 16th at 9:00 a.m. and end no later than noon that day. Attached is the agenda.
