The tentative plan is to have station reports on Thursday November 10th (~9am to 4pm), dinner together Thursday evening, and an optional outing at the Columbus Zoo on Friday morning (~9:30am-1:30pm), November 11th (Veteran’s day). For those who will be going to the airport directly from the zoo, we can try to work out direct transportation for you - the zoo is approximately 30 minutes from the airport. <br /> <br /> For those of you staying for the judging contest, I would recommend making your own hotel arrangements for Friday and Saturday nights, either at the Blackwell or at the recommended AWJAC hotel: http://www.awjac.org/venue/travel.html#.V9qnDztd1zk<br /> <br /> You can also make transportation arrangements to/from the hotel to/from the airport in advance by contacting the hotel: http://www.theblackwell.com/transportation.htm<br /> <br /> We may be asking for a small registration fee at some point – depending on the cost of the optional zoo visit.
