Rooms are available at the Staybridge Suites Las Cruces. You must call directly at 575-521-7999 and request the SRR block (or Sustainable Rangelands). The $95/night rate is not available for online booking, nor by calling the toll-free central reservation number for IHG. Our group rate can only be booked directly with the hotel. The cut-off date for reservations is Friday, September 30, 2016.<br /> <br /> Draft Agenda<br /> November 2 - Dr. Brandon Bestelmeyer at the Jornada Experimental Range will host us for a tour on Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 9 am to 4 pm. Depending on availability, potential topics include 1) vegetation change and resilience/STMs and restoration, 2) criollo cattle program/adaptation to aridity, and 3) collaborative/translational science. We will be ordering box lunches.<br /> <br /> November 3 - Business meeting at the Staybridge Suites.<br /> <br /> More information will be forthcoming on the final agenda and a registration cost (likely around $50 give or take).<br /> <br /> Special Invitation - After the meeting concludes, there will be a retirement celebration for long-time member Allen Torell.
