Colleagues,<br /> <br /> Our annual get together is scheduled for 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 7, in the Directors Room of the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Our agenda usually has three parts, state/institutional reports, administrative items from Dr. Moore and one or two topics for more in-depth discussion. If you will send me your reports by Tuesday, February 2, I will forward them to the group on Thursday or Friday, before you leave for San Antonio. Please include enrollment trends, administrative and faculty changes, budget issues, significant changes to graduate or undergraduate programs, etc. <br /> <br /> If you have suggestions for more in-depth discussion topics, send them to me by January 19, along with suggested speakers or resource people who might add to the discussion. Items I have been thinking about recently include the following:<br /> On-line course delivery and its relationship with traditional offerings<br /> Faculty development – especially stalled Associate Profs<br /> Academic metrics<br /> <br /> Please send your discussion topic ideas.<br /> <br /> Steve A.
