- The group discussed next steps to submitting a proposal to become a multi-state project.
- This included the different types of multi-state projects.
- How to write objectives so they can continue to evolve over the course of the project.
- The group determined they can form an island specific multi-state project.
- Bret recommended coordinating with the regional IPM centers, as they are also funded by NIFA an could be a resource.
- The group discussed how current funds could be used. They are allocated through the AES director’s office.
