We are pleased to invite you to the 41st Rice Technical Working Group (RTWG) Meeting, February 23–26, 2027, in Galveston, Texas. The meeting will be held at the Galveston Island Convention Center and the San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center.<br /> <br /> RTWG brings together scientists, extension specialists, institutions, donors, and industry partners to share advances in rice science and support future collaboration.<br /> <br /> The program will include symposia, oral and poster presentations, student competitions, industry awards, and networking opportunities.<br /> <br /> Key dates:<br /> • October 15, 2026 – Deadline for submission of titles and interpretive summaries for presented papers and posters<br /> • November 23, 2026 - Deadline for submission of abstracts of accepted papers and posters<br /> • January 8, 2027 – Last day of early bird registration <br /> • February 1, 2027 – Deadline for hotel reservations to get special rate<br /> • February 16, 2027 – Deadline for submission of presentations<br /> • February 22, 2027 – Last day of regular registration (without late fee)<br /> <br /> Registration, lodging, and abstract submission details are available on the 2027 Rice Technical Working Group Website.<br /> <br /> Please submit presentation titles, register, and reserve lodging early to meet conference deadlines and secure preferred hotel rates.<br /> <br /> Hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Centers in Beaumont and Eagle Lake.<br /> <br /> Please reach out with any questions.
