The meeting will begin on August 3 with participant arrivals and hotel check-in, followed by an evening networking event featuring dinner and a sunset cruise in Port Aransas. On August 4, the program will focus on discussions related to UAS applications and collaboration opportunities. Activities include a panel discussion on the opportunities and challenges associated with UAS adoption, station reports from participating institutions, and discussions on future collaborative initiatives and committee business. Participants will also visit the Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi Autonomy Research Institute to learn about ongoing advancements in autonomous systems and unmanned aerial technologies. The day will conclude with a group dinner. On August 5, attendees will participate in a tour of King Ranch, providing an opportunity to observe large-scale agricultural operations and discuss the role of emerging technologies in modern agriculture. The meeting will conclude following lunch at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center in Corpus Christi.
