The meeting will be held on 03/05/2025 at Hotel Vermont - 41 Cherry Street, Burlington, VT 05401. :

The workshop will be held at Hotel Vermont. They have a block of 40 rooms available for Wednesday and Thursday nights at a rate of $219, but could only hold 15 rooms for Friday night, and these will be more expensive ($289). Of those 40 rooms for Wednesday and Thursday, 8 are available at the federal per diem rate ($128). (You will need to provide proof of government employment to book those.) We will have a reception on Wednesday night, presentations on Thursday and Friday, and a dinner scramble on Thursday night. I will send more details about booking rooms once the schedule is set. The registration fee will be set once I have final prices and number of registrants. There will be a reduced fee for graduate students. <br /> <br /> For those who can come early or stay late, skiing on Wednesday or Saturday is an option, hopefully the conditions are good. Stowe Mountain is about an hour from Burlington and there are a couple of cross country places closer.
