The main sessions are February Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th , with an optional Ecological Sampling Seminar on Wednesday the 14th. <br /> <br /> We'll be staying at our usual hotel, the Best Western Inn and Suites on Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ. The room rate will be $109 per night (more instructions on how to book your room will be available once the contract is signed).<br /> <br /> This year, they are also charging a fee for the meeting room. I have gone through extensive negotiations, but it remains about $800 total.<br />
