The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Hypoxia Task Force (HTF) meeting in Fayetteville, AR. The HTF agenda is expected on Nov 6 or 7 - please watch for the HTF agenda. It is possible that the HTF meeting could be canceled if the federal government shuts down in mid- to late-November. Additional details will be provided as they develop. The SERA-46 agenda is tentative and will be adjusted as needed. The SERA-46 meeting will be offered as a hybrid allowing for in-person and virtual attendance to SERA-46 meetings. <br /> <br /> The SERA-46 portion of the meeting will be held at the Don Tyson Agricultural Sciences (DTAS) building at the Milo Shult Arkansas Research and Extension Center (SAREC). <br /> <br /> SERA-46 hotel information is included below. Room Rate is $114/night <br /> <br /> GRADUATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br /> <br /> COURTESY HOLD TERMS: The above rooms are being offered as a courtesy hold with no financial guarantee needed at any time during the process, nor liability for rooms not utilized. It is a financial-obligation-free agreement that you enter with us, signing a contract of terms only, indicating that you understand that in lieu of a financial guarantee, we employ a “rolling cut-off” policy. The hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of rooms being held at its sole discretion. Any rooms remaining in the block on November 21, 2023 will be released back into general inventory.<br /> <br /> CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY: Group is responsible for advising its attendees and all Guests that they are subject to the Hotel’s standard check in and check out times. Check-in time is 4:00 PM (local time) and check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time). The Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate those Guests arriving prior to check-in time based upon Hotel’s availability.<br /> <br /> PARKING: Complimentary Self Parking for 1 vehicle per room included in rate.<br /> <br /> CANCELLATION & EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: Individuals will be held to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
