Tentative schedule is:<br /> • Thursday October 5: travel to Roanoke.<br /> • Friday October 5: Business meeting starting in the morning. Informal group dinner on Friday night.<br /> • Saturday October 7: Resume business meeting and adjourn at noon.<br /> <br /> Note: The special hotel rate will be in effect from Thursday night through Saturday night.<br /> <br /> The involvement is best in person but an online option will be available for those not able to travel to Roanoke.<br /> <br />
