If suitable flights cannot be found in/out of RDU, Charlotte Airport is approximately 2.5 hrs west and is a hub for American Airlines. Our meeting will take place in Raleigh, centered around the campus of NC State University. RDU is approximately 15-20 min (in good traffic) from campus.<br /> <br /> Lodging: A room block will be available at the StateView Hotel and Conference Center at a rate of $191/nt + tax. There is no shuttle to/from this hotel and the airport, however, rideshare services are common in Raleigh and cost approximately $20-30 from the airport to this hotel. Additionally, it may be possible to arrange local transportation for those who have similar flight times in/out of RDU.<br /> <br /> Other accommodations: NCSU will provide lunches/breaks on Thursday and Friday. Breakfasts, dinners, and lunch on Saturday on your own. Registration will be $50/pp (tentative).
