The Western Region Mental Health Nutrition Network Steering Committee met for the first time 11/29/21. Since that time, the committee has conducted a lit review, formulated a theory of change, and has received preliminary approval for a Conference Grant to be held in 2023. Attached document provides project narrative and logic model utilized for conference grant, which provides additional background information.<br /> <br /> <br />
