Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Putting Chemical Ecology Into Practice to Address Agricultural Pest and Pollinator Priorities<br /> <br /> Chemical Ecology is uniquely poised to positively impact pest and pollinator management across agricultural systems. While great strides in our fundamental understanding of chemical communication have been made over the past decades, putting this understanding into practice remains an ongoing priority. This meeting will focus on recent advances in project work, identifying areas where chemical ecology can have the most impact in the next 3-5 years, and developing collaborations to meet those goals. <br /> <br /> The meeting will be held virtually on zoom from 1pm to 4pm eastern on February 8,9,10th, 2021. The first day (February 8th) will focus on capturing recent advances and setting the stage for discussion on the following days. The second day (February 9th) will focus on ideation and discussion of areas of impact and wide collaboration. The third day (February 10th) will focus on refining those ideas into concrete action items and next steps. While participation throughout the meeting is ideal, we understand that schedules may not permit this. Daily summaries will be sent out following meetings each day; missing some of the meeting does not preclude participation. <br />
