This years meeting will be held virtually. We will start the meeting on Thursday 10/8 at 1PM Eastern Time (12PM central, 11AM Mountain, 10AM pacific, 7AM Hawaii), starting with an intro/greeting and AES report from Chris as usual, then proceed with station reports by those who are available for about 4 hours, ending for the day around 4PM eastern (3 Central, 2 mountain, etc). Then, we'll pick up again on Friday 10/9 at 12PM Eastern (11C, 10M, 9P, 6H) and go until we're finished - probably 3-4 hours, ending the meeting at around 3-4PM Eastern on Friday. This gives us about 7 hours total, which is about what we've needed for in-person meetings in recent years including breaks and lunch, so should be sufficient. <br /> <br /> Adam will draft a working meeting agenda that includes presentations (10 min + 10 Q&A?) from all members who responded to the poll. If you participated in the poll, but are not planning to present this year, just let Adam know and he won't include you in the agenda. Likewise, if you would like to present, but didn't complete the poll, let Adam know (with a preferred day/time to present).<br /> <br /> Once we nail down the agenda, Adam will secure us a Zoom room (or MS teams if folks prefer) and send out the link.<br /> Looking forward to "seeing" you all in October!<br /> <br /> <br />
