The HTF Coordinating Committee had to change the location of the 2020 Spring meeting from Arkansas to Washington DC. The Dates are still February 2 through 5 for the HTF and February 5 and 6 for SERA 46. Here is some pertinent information including hotel and meeting location:<br /> <br /> Hotel / Travel Plans and Other Notes<br /> <br /> DC hotel room block at the Marriott Metro Center here: https://book.passkey.com/go/HTFO2020; we will provide the detailed logistics sheet and registration website soon, but in the meantime, you can make your hotel reservation.<br /> Hotel is ½ mile walk from the EPA Building or one metro stop away.<br /> One session of the HTF agenda on Tuesday February 4 at 1:00 is for planning between the HTF Coordination Committee and SERA 46. Traditionally, SERA 46 leadership has attended this but any SERa-46 member who wants to attend can do so. If not, Tuesday can be a travel day for you.
