Meeting dates: 1/7/2020 (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) & 1/8/2020 (8 a.m.-5 p.m.), meeting center 1<br /> <br /> Venue: Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort in Ponce, Puerto Rico (code for NCAC1 room block: UNIL20)<br /> We have a block of rooms reserved for January 6-8 under the name University of Illinois. Please contact the hotel directly at (787) 259-7777 to reserve your room. The deadline for reserving rooms under the room block is December 16. The room rate is $169 single/double plus tax and fees. Breakfast for two is included. Parking is $10 per night. <br /> <br /> Tour: We will tour the Illinois Crop Improvement Association winter nursery in Juana Diaz on the afternoon of 1/8/20.<br /> <br /> Airport: Puerto Rico’s main airport is in San Juan. It is a 2 hour drive from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, P.R., to Ponce. Rental cars can be obtained at the San Juan Airport. Another option is the Mercedita/Ponce International Airport, right outside of Ponce.<br /> <br /> Registration fee: To offset meeting room/refreshment services, there will be a $110 registration fee.<br />
