Hotel Details: IMPORTANT: Group hotel code is UOD • This implies that all people interested can reserve. o They can call our FRONT DESK at 787-641-3075 ext. 0, they may transferred to call center.  CALL CENTERS NUMBERS:  English: 888-219-6659  Spanish: 888-224-8091 o They must describe how many nights they will be staying and how many persons will be in the room. Distinguishing adults and children. o Must provide a credit card to guarantee their room and, along with that, a first night’s deposit (non-refundable) of $199.80 (Net rate of $145.00 plus $35.00 Flat Resort Charge and 11% Government Tax.)  IMPORTANT: This first deposit not necessarily will be the amount per night. Depends on the amount of children and adults per room.  The base rate of $145.00 covers two (2) adults and three (3) children (up to 17 years old) per room.  If there is a change from child to adult, it will be at additional cost of $40 per night. Ex. Three (3) adults and two (2) children in a room would cost $185.00 + $35.00 Flat Resort Charge + 11% Government Tax.  I will be monitoring your block and the deposits. In addition, you can request reservation progress at any time. o Any additional room out of the block will be managed internally, through phone call and/or email. Rooms will be subject to availability. • GROUP ADDITIONAL CHARGES: o Bellman: $4.00 – per adult, per room (one time charge) o Maid: $1.00- per adult, per night, per room. • Your cutoff date is November 8, 2019 as stipulated in the contract. By that time, we must have all the names in the system and the first night deposit of everyone.
