TRAVEL: you can come to MSU:<br /> <br /> by car: Take I55 South (for most of you) toward Memphis, TN/Jackson, MS. Exit at Winona, MS to HWY82 East. This is about 2.5hrs south of Memphis. Starkville is in about 45-60 minutes on HWY 82E. <br /> <br /> by plane: the closest airport is called Golden Triangle (GTR), in Columbus, MS. It is a small airport and all flights come from Atlanta (ATL). There are only 3-4 flights a day (6am, 11am, 4pm, and 7pm), meaning that the meeting should end by 2:30pm the latest on May 21st, for the early departures (4pm). GTR airport is about 20 minutes away from the university. A university shuttle and car rental companies are available at the airport, and I can make a pickup arrangement if needed.<br /> <br /> LODGING: Contact has been made with La Quinta Hotel for 2 nights block (May 19-20 and May 20-21) at a government rate of $98/night.
