Call 1-800-HILTONS for reservations and reference S-1066 Annual Meeting or book on-line and use group code UXE for the negotiated rate. This promotion rate ends on October 7, so be sure to book room well before this deadline. <br /> Parking: $14.00/day<br /> Airport p/u – call (501-372-4371) when arrive and they will arrange. Uber is another option.<br /> <br /> Agenda: I am still putting this together. If we start with discussion for revised project we might as well start with the business meeting then use remaining time for reports or discussion topics. If someone has a discussion topic for the group, please let me know and I can get on the agenda. Nematode maps are always in demand, which might be a good project for this southern group.<br /> <br /> Project renewal: You can find the on-line with the final project attached. Thank you, Chuck for sending me the final project report. We need to identify 1-2 individuals to write up each objective and a chair to bring it all together. <br /> <br /> Secretary: We need to identify someone to take minutes during business meeting and submit annual meeting report to Ron. Any volunteers?<br /> <br /> FINALLY: Let me know if you are planning to attend by September 1 (or earlier), so I can make arrangements with the restaurant (Samantha’s Tap Room is one option) and at the meeting site (coffee, snacks…).<br /> <br />
