Hi Everyone: <br /> It's time to begin planning our annual meeting of the W4122 multi-state group. This is the official announcement and authorization of the meeting which will take place at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado which is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. We are currently planning to use the same overall format as before with arrival on the 25th and informal get together that evening for those interested. The meeting will begin on the 26th and end on the 27th. <br /> <br /> Tiffany Weir has made the arrangements for the meeting venue and has reserved 15 rooms with a quoted price of $336/single occupancy for 2 nights lodging, 6 meals and the meeting room. <br /> <br /> To make and confirm an accommodation reservation for your group’s event, please click on the link below. <br /> <br /> CSU Food Safety 2019 (If this link doesn't work in this format I will ask Tiffany to send it out to the group). <br /> <br /> Please note that a 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.<br /> <br /> Application to individual reservations of any monies already paid directly to the Group Leader or to the Group is at the discretion of the Group Leader after check out, and will not appear on your lodging confirmation when the 35% deposit is paid. Payment of any amount by an individual directly to the Group Leader or Group does not constitute having accommodations held on behalf of the payee. Lodging reservations and a 35% deposit must be made directly with the YMCA by attendees.<br /> <br /> If you would like to enjoy our beautiful mountain location beyond the dates of the group’s stay, please make your reservation on-line first for the dates of the group’s event by clicking on the link above.
