<br /> The general plan is to have people who will attend the NC1197 meeting to fly into Cleveland and travel to Wooster on the day before (July 31) our annual meeting and to leave in the afternoon on the 2nd to go back to Cleveland and attend APS. Travel from Cleveland to Wooster takes about an hour.<br /> <br /> July 31 – people arrive<br /> August 1 – 8:00 am meeting start – words from the administrative advisor<br /> 8:30-12:00 State reports <br /> 12:00 Lunch provided on site<br /> 1:00-5:00 continue State reports<br /> 6:00 Dinner in downtown Wooster<br /> August 2 – 8:00 am continue State reports<br /> 11:00 plan next year’s meeting<br /> 12:00 adjourn and return back to Cleveland<br />
