The 2019 annual meeting of S1064 will be held in Raymond, MS at the Central Mississippi Research and Extension Center 39154 (601-857-2284) on Wednesday May 22 through Friday May 24, 2019. Please plan on arriving on Tuesday May 21, 2019. <br /> <br /> Nearby airports: 1) Jackson, MS International Airport (20 miles from Fairfield Inn in Clinton, MS)<br /> <br /> A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Jackson-Clinton, 105 Hampstead Place, Clinton, MS 39056. To make reservations phone 601-925-5750. When making the reservation inform the front desk agent of the group name, SAEESD (Annual Research Meeting) and the group code number (G1301) to ensure that you receive the correct rate. The rate is $94 per night, arriving on Tuesday May 21 and leaving Friday or Saturday May 24 or 25, depending upon your schedule. <br /> <br /> Meeting Sessions: All sessions will be at Mississippi State Central MS Research and Extension Center in Raymond, MS. The meeting room has high-speed internet. Snacks and drinks for breaks and lunch buffets will be provided on Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23. There will be tours on Friday in south Mississippi .<br /> <br /> Meeting Fee: There will be a fee to cover the cost of breaks and lunches on Wednesday and Thursday.
