The meeting will be held on 01/29/2019 at Hilton Capitol Center, Baton Rouge, LA. :

The SERA-46 & HTF meetings will be held in Baton Rouge and the Hilton Capitol Center on January 29-31, 2019. Meetings will being at 1pm on the 29th and finish at noon on the 31st.<br /> <br /> Hotel details can be found in the HTF documents attached (Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center). In the SERA-46 agenda, please notice that we will join the HTF in the afternoon on the 29th, and the morning on the 30th prior to breaking out into our own meeting (afternoon on the 30th and morning of the 31st). You do not need to pay the registration fee on the HTF website, however, please plan meals and refreshments for those days on your own.
