The S1080 annual meeting will be held on January 24-25, 2019 (8.00 AM-5.00 PM) in conjunction with the NC246 project meeting in Cleveland, OH. This multi-state project review will overlap one day (January 24) with the NC246 project for collaborative discussions. S1080 will have their business meeting on January 25 with progress reports and project updates from participants. This integrated meeting will enhance industry participation. One unique feature of the NC246 project review is that representatives from US EPA and seed companies participate in a common session w/ University and Federal scientists to discuss issues such as regulatory compliance, resistance, and new products. <br /> <br /> Hotel selection is currently ongoing and additional information will follow. A consolidated agenda for both projects is being developed. Currently, the tentative schedule is: <br /> *Monday Jan 21: Travel day for NC246. <br /> *Tues & Wednesday Jan 22-23: NC246 event (Remaining S1080 members travel on Wednesday).<br /> *Thurs Jan 24: Integrated meeting w/ NC246, S1080, EPA, seed companies. <br /> *Friday Jan 25: S-1080 business meeting Some NC246 members will depart. <br /> *Saturday Jan 26: Travel day for remaining participants.<br />
