As soon as we receive it, I will send out information to you.<br /> <br /> Transportation - Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is approximately 24 miles from the hotel and meeting room. If you choose to rent a car Enterprise, Avis and Hertz are available at Kansas City International Airport. Uber, Lift and taxies are also available. The hotel is walking distance to Cabela’s meeting room (0.4 mi, 7 min). <br /> <br /> Location - The business meeting will take place at The Bears Room at Cabela’s (10300 Cabela Dr.) in Kansas City, KS.***Cabela’s does not provide WI-FI!!! After the tour the bus will drop us off back at the hotel.)<br /> <br /> · 5:30 pm – Dinner on your own or optional - Boulevard Brewing Company/ KC BBQ Experience– If a group is interested in going to taste some beverages from the largest specialty brewer in the Midwest, we will arrange a car pool to visit the Boulevard Brewing Company Beer Hall (https://www.boulevard.com). There we can sample some Boulevard Brewing Company products as well as indulge in some appetizers. Following our visit we will head back to the hotel area and eat at Arthur Bryant’s Legendary Barbeque (https://www.arthurbryantsbbq.com/).
