All fees are paid to the Cataloochee Ranch; there are no additional registration fees for the meeting. The cost of the meeting per person will be $390 with meals and lodging or $125 for meals only. The full $390 price includes lodging (three nights) all meals (including Thursday night), breaks, taxes, and gratuity. Rooms will be assigned on a first come-first served reservation basis. There are only a few single rooms, so if you want a single, make reservations early. You may specify your desired roommate for doubles. If you will not be spending the night at the Ranch (there are hotels and campgrounds nearby), but wish to attend the meeting and eat with the group, the “meals only” cost of the meeting per person will be $125. Reservations need to be made directly through Cataloochee Ranch. Please let the Ranch know if you have dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, etc.) so that accommodations can be made.
