This year’s W-4122 meeting will be held October 5-6 at Calistoga Spa Hot Springs (1006 Washington Street, Calistoga, California 94515), our default venue. A block of rooms with a nightly rate of $213.. You have the option of staying Friday night at that rate.<br /> <br /> Make your bookings directly (707.942.6269) being sure to mention that you are part of the “Food Safety” group. The due date for making your booking is Tuesday September 5th. The upstairs conference room is reserved for us all day Thursday October 5, and we will have our informal business meeting Friday morning at Calistoga Roastery, a nearby café. <br /> <br /> Plan to arrive in Calistoga Wednesday October 4. As is our tradition, we have an informal aperitivo Wednesday afternoon on the patio after check-in. <br /> <br /> A detailed agenda will be forthcoming
