Fall S-1062 project meeting will take place on Monday, October 9 all day and for a half of day on Tuesday, October 10 at the Courtyard Nashville Vanderbilt/West End Hotel. The hotel rate is still $161/night and we have until September 17 to book your rooms before the hotel releases our unbooked rooms from our block. Getting a room with two double beds is also possible, but they are $25 more per night and I would have to call to make the reservation through our contact person at the hotel.<br /> <br /> This hotel is located walking distance to Vanderbilt University, music row, and is about a five minute Cab/Uber ride away from the main strip of Honky Tonk saloons on Lower Broadway.<br /> <br /> The airport to fly into is the Nashville International Airport. Taking an Uber from the airport to the hotel should cost around $20 one way. There will also be a registration fee, but that will be determined once we know the total number of participants. It will likely be under $150 a person.
