As stated in the minutes from the 2016 annual meeting, the 2017 annual meeting will be held at Oregon State University (Russ Ingham and Inga Zasada serving as hosts) on Wednesday, November 1 (8 am to 5 pm) and Thursday, November 2 (8:00 am to Noon). At this time our meetings are planned to take place in room 2087 Cordley Hall (Department of Botany and Plant Pathology) on the Oregon State University campus.<br /> <br /> Please let Russ know if you are planning on attending the meeting and if you will be renting a car as that will help us with making appropriate arrangements for transportation during the meeting. <br /> <br /> A block of rooms is now being held in reserve for us at the Hilton Garden Inn 2500 SW Western Blvd., Corvallis, OR 97333, 541-752-5000; www.corvallis.hgi.com. Check in is Tuesday, October 31rst (check-in time of 3 pm) and check out is Thursday, November 2nd (check-out time noon). Our discounted room rate is $124 per night (exclusive of tax) for a king bed. The block of rooms will be held for our group only until October 10, 2016. This discounted rate will be honored for two days prior and two days after the meeting dates for those who wish to come early or stay late to see a little more of Oregon while you are here. Please make your reservation ASAP especially if you are planning to stay an extra day or two. Our rate is guaranteed but availability beyond the meeting dates is not.
