<br /> We finally have a location for our 2018 Annual Meeting! We will be at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach. The hotel is on the beach and they’ve given us a room rate of $219. The website for making your hotel reservations can be accessed here. The hotel will offer the conference room rate of $219 for 3 days pre/post conference. The hotel is right on the beach and will offer us all a nice break from winter weather in February…..especially those of us from cold climates!<br /> <br /> Please make your hotel reservations early (you can always adjust them later) and visit our group website to complete your conference registration.<br /> <br /> Also begin thinking about potential presentations that you’d like to give at the meeting. Look for more info and a call for speakers soon!<br /> <br /> The hotel does not have a suite large enough to host our Super Bowl party. Rather than use a meeting room at the hotel, I’ve contacted Bubba Gump Shrimp Co and made arrangements for us to gather there and enjoy food, drink, and football together. The restaurant is only a couple blocks from the hotel.<br /> <br /> The meeting dates are the same as we originally planned: February 4-6.
