The cost of lodging per night is $159.00. A single night plus tax will be requested as a deposit upon reservation. Please make reservations under “Ecology and Management of Arthropods in Corn Annual Meeting.” Reservations must be made on or before December 20, 2017, to guarantee a room in the reserved block. Reservations should be made using the hotel’s PASSKEY system or by calling 800-261-9530 between 8:30AM-5:00PM EST Monday-Friday.<br /> <br /> The Williamsburg Lodge is a popular hotel, due to its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and downtown. It is important to make reservations as soon as possible since there will not be much extra availability beyond our reserved block.<br />
