The 2017 annual meeting of SERA 45 will take place on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Southwest Purdue Agricultural Center located at 4369 N Purdue Rd, Vincennes, IN from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Time with an optional tour to follow. <br /> <br /> Hotel Information: TownePlace Suites, 1320 Willow St., Vincennes, IN 47591. Phone: 800-257-3000<br /> <br /> The deadline for making hotel reservations is July 28th. TownePlace Suites in Vincennes is holding a block of rooms for September 28th and 29th for our group until that date. Due to high demand for hotel rooms during late September in Vincennes, you might be unable to find a room if you do not reserve one by the 28th. Be sure to mention you are with the Purdue University group when making your reservations. The phone number for the hotel is 812-255-1500, or you can call their toll-free reservation center at 800-257-3000. The rate will be $139 a night for a suite with a king or two queen beds. There is also an option of a two-bedroom suite for $169. <br /> <br /> Meeting registration will be $35. Registration instructions forthcoming. <br />
