Dear Colleagues, <br /> <br /> Our annual meeting is approaching (September 30th and October 1st) and there is some important information that I need to share with you:<br /> <br /> 1. Travel arrangements: Attached are flights and hotel suggestions for the meeting at PEI. West Jet and Air Canada arrive to YYG (Charlottetown airport) usually mid day and evenings so plan accordingly. <br /> 2. Meeting: We are planning a gathering on Friday evening at Dr. Rodriguez house, meeting at the Veterinary School on Saturday (8 to 5pm), dinner at a Seafood place (TBD) and Sunday (8 to 1pm).<br /> 3. Fees: As we did last year every participant will have to pay a $50 usd registration fee. This fee will cover a gathering on Friday 9/29/17 at Dr. Rodriguez house, breakfast and coffee breaks for both days.<br /> 4. Transportation will be arranged based on available cars, this is a small city so walking is also an option.<br /> 5. The project summaries are due before the meeting, please make sure you submit them before September 28th, 2017.<br /> <br /> I am also happy to inform that Mark Parcels accepted to be our new secretary.<br /> <br /> Further information is enclosed in the attached Word document.<br /> <br /> Best wishes,<br /> Rodrigo<br />
