Additional Info
For those of you traveling a far distance, you might want to arrive into Minnesota on Wednesday evening Oct 11. We are about 2.5 hour drive from Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. This services many airlines. Fargo is about 1.5 hours drive and services Delta and American.

You can find more information about our location and where the meeting is at on our website.

I have reserved 15 rooms at the Grand Stay Hotel in Morris for the group. That is what was left because of weddings, etc. during the fall. Our town is only 5,000 people. See attached hotel information. Please reserve your room promptly.

I have reserved rooms from Wednesday night until Friday night. Since we will end on Saturday, I would expect you to reserve a room for your self near the airport on Saturday night if you have a Sunday morning flight.

If you miss the block, or want to say cheaper, we also have a Super 8 hotel in town.

I also also planning some farm tours. Tentatively we can tour our research dairy herd (300 milking cows on pasture), Riverview Dairy (http://www.riverviewllp.com/) along with calf ranch (65,000 cows on 8 locations). Other tours are possibly a 300 cow dairy with 6 robots, and a 150-cow dairy with a creamery on site.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Looking for to October.
Regards,
