I’m tracking down another hotel incase there are more than 10 people coming. Will send that in a separate email. <br /> <br /> Tentative plans:<br /> If you want to arrive in time for dinner on Monday, we will meet for refreshments at the UW terrace and find a place to eat from there. <br /> Tuesday we will start our meeting around 8ish, half the day with presentations/discussion and field trip/cheese factory tour in PM, with dinner back in Madison.<br /> Wednesday we will meet for half a day, for those that want to stick around that day, there are festivities in town (http://www.makemusicmadison.org/) and perhaps another group outing could be planned. <br />
