W 506 will meet on January 17 and 18. We will start at 7 am on the January 17 with breakfast (meeting starts at 8) and finish by 5 pm on January 18. Please plan your travel accordingly. The hotel has a shuttle from/to the airport.<br /> <br /> Hotel reservations: Call 520-741-0505 and mention University of Wyoming, Group Code W506 or log on their website at www.tucsonairport.hgi.com, enter dates of your stay, click the "Add special rate codes", and enter group code W506. The room rate is the state (and federal) government rate of $113 plus tax per night. You need to make your room reservation by December 30.<br /> <br /> Please register for the meeting at https://w506.eventbrite.com. Registration will be $115 plus the eventbrite fee of $6.74. Your registration covers breakfast and lunch on both January 17 and 18, breaks both days, and the facilities for the meeting.<br /> <br /> The agenda will follow, but will be mostly a working meeting to accomplish Objectives 2 and 3 from the proposal. Please plan on attending for the full 2 days.
